Refunds & Returns
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed below.
All you need to do is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a Returns Form and Returns Code, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for us to collect the item.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs within 30 days. Returns cannot be used as a reason to not pay an invoice or partial invoice.
If items are returned that are not faulty and it is a change of mind of the buyer it is at the buyers cost that returns are made. Such returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and this is issued as a credit. This is issued subject to the product being returned in re-merchandisable quality.
